I have been fascinated by the art of architecture ever since, at the age of ten, I encountered that famous photograph of Frank Lloyd Wright's "Falling Water" in a magazine. Immediately, my drawings of cars and superheros gave way to monuments and skyscrapers. In architecture school I was introduced to the gripping magnificence of Hugh Ferriss renderings and the fluid elegance of the Ecole Des Beaux-Arts watercolors. In my more than twenty years of professional experience as an architectural illustrator, I have consistently honed my skill by learning from the old masters as well as new, in order to successfully convey the vision of the architectural designer, planner, builder and developer.

My medium of choice is watercolor. Its transparent flow and luminous quality is suitable for freehand design development sketches as well as detailed, finished perspectives. With every new rendering project, my goal is to be a dependable vehicle for the designer to use in exploring and bringing to life his or her vision, and in the process I hope to learn a little more about the fine art of architectural illustration. I look forward to being of service to you.
